Suzy Rowley, Founder & Consultant
As both an entrepreneur and intrapreneur, Suzy has launched and driven growth in several PE & Founder backed B2B services businesses. As part of the founding leadership team of global talent firm AMS, together they grew the business to an enterprise serving over 50 multi-national clients across 85 countries, 40 languages and with a team of 9000, and through 4 highly successful management PE backed buy-outs, latterly to a $1.1billion enterprise valuation in 2018.
Suzy was initially responsible for winning highly complex global sales at a 90% win rate, securing over £350m in long-term contracted revenue. She then moved into a corporate role responsible for group strategy, M&A, strategic programs, global sales infrastructure, and managing the exit processes of AMS’s 3rd and 4th PE exits solidifying the value creation for the management team and investors.
Having since built a varied portfolio career as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant to scaling B2B services businesses, Suzy founded Excelerator Partners as a passionate advocate for helping investor backed businesses to successfully scale, she brings energy, rigour and highly effective interventions across Sales, Commercial, M&A, and Strategic Programs.
She’s walked the walk, knows how equally hard and fulfilling scaling is, and most critically, knows the short-cuts and critical pathways to drive success and value creation.
