At the outset of a long-term multi-faceted client partnership, we initially supported an HR Services & Tech investor in their buy-side diligence of an innovative B2B B-Corp.
Excelerator Partners analysed historic and future forecast revenue stream projections so the investor could sensibly model the business. Following this we analysed the company’s sales strategy and team to date to identify gaps. Our comprehensive review also included recording the quality of client contracts and identification of off-market clauses; devised a high-level sales strategy and methodology proposal to help scale the business significantly, and supported the business plan modelling.
