Post their latest round of investment, we worked with FTL to diagnose their leadership requirements and identify those areas where they needed permanent, fractional, and consulting capabilities to ensure they optimised the use of their growth capital and succeeded in delivering their growth plans. 

We have partnered the FTL team to deliver a tripling of new business revenue in less than 6 months, industrialised their sales strategy and methodology to continue to scale, and embedded a leader to innovate and manage their finance function.

Initially we worked with Excelerator Partners on a consultancy sales strategy project where they distilled and sharpened our sales strategy and methodology, and then worked with our sales and marketing teams to embed change. The span of their offering has also led to them partnering us with a Fractional Finance Director, and supporting us with the hiring of a permanent Chief Commercial Officer. I’ve been impressed with their highly pragmatic approach, and the quality and clarity of their insights and outputs.
