Sales Strategy & Methodology Consultancy to Industrialise Growth 

Following PE investment and an acquisition, Grayce wanted to devise and power a strong organic growth strategy across their core and new service lines and markets.

Grayce’s mission is to change the way businesses harness graduate talent to help organisations close their skills gap and build long-term capability. Grayce’s B2B service develops change, data, AI and tech talent for global Enterprise clients.

At the point we engaged with Grayce, they had already built a very strong leadership team and Board and had begun to diversify their service offering through a successful acquisition. 

The Chief Commercial Officer and Sales Team needed to retain their focus on securing an extensive pipeline of new client and business development opportunities.

The Board asked us to work alongside their team to deliver a sales strategy and methodology that would industrialise and propel their current value creation plan and serve as the bedrock for future phases in the company’s growth journey.

Over the course of 3-months we worked collaboratively with the Grayce team, whilst not distracting them from their current year activity and targets, to devise a next generation sales strategy and to provide them with a methodology suite of organisational team design, tools and practices to power the strategy and sales team.

The Grayce team embraced us from day one and were incredibly energised in a series of workshops that married both blue-sky and tactical thinking that enabled us to devise and implement a strong growth plan with the business.
