Following private equity investment, we initially worked with the leadership team to help them identify new service offerings, propel business development, and institutionalise strategic program management. As a long-term partner, we then supported the Board with sourcing a new Fractional CFO and advising in mentoring solutions for their leadership team.

Hunter is known for its niche sector focus, high calibre candidates, depth of market knowledge, and the strength of its relationships with clients.
Key areas of focus were working with the team to devise new high value service offerings, institutionalising business development and account management, and establishing strategic program management to support the business’s overall value creation plan.
As the business was moving into a high growth phase and driving towards exit, they also asked us to support them with sourcing a new Fractional CFO who would provide strategic insight, have experience in PE exit deal management, and be able to coach and develop the existing finance team and systems.
