Having delivered strong organic growth over their first 5 years, we supported the founding CEO and CFO in their growth plans to acquire a strategic partner and investor. 

Sprout are an innovative, rapidly scaling farm and retail food business whose mission is to deliver organically grown, locally and seasonally sourced food packed with flavour.

Initially supported by angel and venture investors, Sprout had received significant market interest and elected to explore strategic partnerships and investments. 

The CEO, CFO and leadership team had successfully managed the project internally but were now at a critical juncture where they needed swift and targeted financial deal advisory expertise.

Excelerator Partners mobilised immediately with a team of corporate development and financial modelling experts. 

We worked with Jack and his team at a critical stage of their investment process, reviewing their financial modelling and providing investment diligence advice over an intense period of a week.
