The Role

Led by Founder & CEO Vanessa Ambler, the business hasalean and focused team with strong technical expertise. In addition to bringing broad leadership and strategic experience, the NED can bring significant value to the team in three key areas: scaling technical manufacturing operations for global distribution; commercial insight in developing and delivering increasingly large contracts; positioning the business for funding events in line with scale. 

Required Experience

• Experienced business leader, who has been a CEO or COO of a scaling manufacturing SME
• Experience of leading international businesses, particularly in MiddleEast, Europe and Asia
• Knowledge and insight into IP rich technical industrial product businesses
• Experience of partnering with institutional investors 
• Passion for environmental sustainability, with an understanding of double materiality in mission led businesses.
